What is Notion?

Notion is an app that provides a great all-in-one workspace. It is free to download (for the standard version) and can be used on your phone, tablet and laptop.
What I use Notion for:
Quite literally everything. I use Notion to organise my work life and my personal life. It is such a flexible tool and allows me to do everything from tracking a Youtube video from the initial idea all the way to publishing it to keeping track of which books I have read and want to read. Notion has a great to-do-list function and allows you to physically tick off your tasks, move them around and re-arrange tasks to different days as needed.

Notion's to do list.
Why I love Notion:
Honestly, since using Notion pretty much everyday my productivity and efficiency has gone from around 50% to AT LEAST 80%. Of course, there will always be external and personal factors that will impact your productivity but having Notion has helped so much. I love how Notion allows me to have everything in one centralised location. Notion has built in ready-to-go templates so within a couple of clicks you can create yourself a budget, a workout calendar, studying tracker or even a to do list. The list goes on. Also as long as you log into the same account, Notion syncs between devices meaning if you have made a shopping list on your laptop you will also be able to view it on your phone. Asides from being very functional, Notion allows you to make customisable changes such as adding cover photos or editing the text. It is a really simple and minimal looking tool, it doesn't confuse things with widgets and tabs but instead focuses on accessibility.
Conclusion:
Notion makes productivity easy. I have found it to be so beneficial and I have not even explored half of what it can do. I would recommend everyone try Notion and just see if you love it like I do.
